How do I receive my license key?
Upon trial or purchase, an installer will download from the browser and your license key will be sent to your email as well as appear on the completion page. When the download is complete, just launch the installer and copy/paste the license key from the email or the web page exactly as it was provided into Lyza™. We do not ship CDROM versions of the product.
What operating systems are supported?
If your computer runs Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista, Mac OS X Leopard (10.5), or Linux you can use Lyza™.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista, Mac OS X Leopard (10.5), Linux
Processor: 1 GHz, Windows - 32 or 64-bit, Mac - 64-bit Intel, Linux - 32 or 64-bit

Is the trial license a fully functional version of the product?
The trial version is a fully functional copy of the latest release of the product.
How much is it, and what's included in the base price?
Lyza™ is $899 USD for an annual license. This price includes support and maintenance. System updates are provided automatically at no cost. This license is non-transferable.
What payment methods are accepted to purchase Lyza™?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Orders are placed through our website. For volume discounts, please send us an email at contact.us@lyzasoft.com.
We offer weekly web trainings every Wednesday from 9-10am MT. The sessions are structured to provide individuals everything from a general overview to advanced coaching by our team of experts. Lyza™ imposes no limitations on the number of inputs, the size of data sets, the count of records and columns, or the complexity of transformations and calculations.
What types of data connections are supported?
Lyza™ provides easy data connections with text/flat files, Excel™, Access™, SQLServer2000™, MySQL™, Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, Sybase, and any other ODBC compliant databases.

What formulas writing capabilities exist within Lyza™?
Lyza™ uses familiar spreadsheet-like formulas, with a traditional set of functions that include the following:
- arithmetic operators
- logic operators
- IF-THEN-ELSE functionality
- tests for types and values (ISBLANK, ISTEXT, ...)
- conversion functions between numbers, text, dates, and logical values
- text manipulation functions, including FIND and SUBSTITUTE
- math functions
- date and time functions
- basic financial functions
- summary functions, like counts, averages, max and min
How can I share my analyses and reports with other people who don't have Lyza?
You can export your charts and graphs as .png images. Once exported, you can easily plug into other reporting processes and distribute to colleagues and management.
