Denver, CO. - February 18, 2009 - Lyzasoft, Inc. announced today that Lyza, the company's flagship desktop analysis software, will be demonstrated as part of the TDWI HandsOn-Business Analytics and HandsOn-Data Mining courses at the TDWI World Conference taking place next week in Las Vegas, Nevada. The five TDWI HandsOn BI courses are extremely popular with TDWI attendees and frequently sell out. A mixture of lecture and extensive lab exercises, they provide a non-biased view of leading BI tools and their business applicability. Michael L. Gonzales, CBIP, a chief architecture and solutions strategist who specializes in BI technologies and techniques, teaches the classes. Lyzasoft has been invited to participate in two HandsOn courses in Las Vegas.

The TDWI HandsOn-Business Analytics course will be held on Sunday, February 22. The HandsOn-Business Analytics course defines the promise of BI and the gap that exists between what is promised and what is often implemented. The class identifies the technologies and techniques necessary to fill the gap.

On February 23, Lyza will take part in the HandsOn-Data Mining course. The class provides detailed information on best-of-breed technologies and techniques, as well as exposing participants to leading data mining tools.
